End User License Agreement
1. What this agreement covers
This End User License Agreement is between you and Coinwars Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Coinwars Inc.", "we", "us"). It governs your use of the Coin Wars interface: the website at coinwars.fun and the software it delivers to your browser (together, the "Interface").
It supplements the Terms of Service. Words defined there have the same meaning here. If the two conflict, this agreement governs your licence to use the Interface and the Terms govern everything else.
It does not cover the smart contracts, which are public software on a public blockchain; your wallet; or any service operated by somebody else.
Coinwars Inc. has not been formed yet. Until its certificate of incorporation is issued there is no company to be a party to this document, to operate the service, or to owe anybody what is written here.
2. Your license
Subject to this agreement and the Terms, Coinwars Inc. grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Interface for its intended purpose: reading coin and match data, and preparing transactions that you sign with your own wallet.
The license is not a sale. Every right not expressly granted here is kept.
3. Open-source code
The source of the smart contracts, where it is published, for example as verified source on a block explorer, is licensed under the MIT License named in each file's license header. Nothing in this agreement limits any right that license gives you.
The Interface includes third-party open-source libraries, each licensed under its own terms. Nothing in this agreement limits any right those terms give you either.
The repository that holds the Interface carries an MIT License at its root. If the Interface is meant to be proprietary, that license file has to change before the copying restriction in the next section means anything. If it is meant to be open, delete the restriction instead. The two cannot both stand.
4. What you may not do
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- use the Interface if the Sanctions Compliance Policy or the Terms exclude you, or use a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise where you are in order to reach it;
- get around, disable or interfere with a rate limit, an access control or any other technical measure in the Interface or its programming interfaces;
- send automated requests at a volume that degrades the Interface for other people, or use the blockchain relay or the image and metadata endpoints for anything other than using the Interface;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease the Interface, or reverse engineer it, except where an open-source license or the law permits it despite this restriction;
- frame or mirror the Interface, or present any other site or service as operated or endorsed by Coinwars Inc.;
- submit anything through the Interface that infringes somebody else's rights, contains malicious code, or is unlawful; or
- use the Interface in breach of the Terms or of any law that applies to you.
5. Names and logos
The names Coin Wars and coinwars, and the Coin Wars logo, belong to Coinwars Inc.. This agreement grants no right to use them, beyond referring accurately to the Interface. An open-source license covers code and never grants rights in a name or a logo.
6. Feedback
If you send us a suggestion about the Interface, we may use it without restriction and without owing you anything for it.
7. Third-party software and services
The Interface works with software and services we do not control, including your wallet, WalletConnect, blockchain node providers, block explorers, analytics providers and the avatar service DiceBear. Their own terms and privacy notices govern them. The Privacy Policy lists which of them receive data when you use the Interface.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Interface, in whole or in part, at any time. We are not obliged to provide support or maintenance, and we do not promise that the Interface will be available.
The smart contracts do not depend on the Interface. If the Interface is unavailable, the contracts remain on the blockchain and can be called with other software, such as a block explorer.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach this agreement or the Terms, or if we refuse or end your access to the Interface, including under the Sanctions Compliance Policy. When it ends, stop using the Interface.
The sections on open-source code, names and logos, feedback, warranties, liability and disputes continue after it ends.
10. Export controls and sanctions
You may not access, download or use the Interface in violation of United States export control or economic sanctions law, or of any other law that applies to you. You confirm that you are not a person the Sanctions Compliance Policy excludes.
11. No warranty, and limits on liability
Important: The Interface is provided as it is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
The Disclaimers and Limitation of liability sections of the Terms apply to this agreement as though they were written out here.
12. Disputes
Any dispute about this agreement is resolved under the Governing law and disputes section of the Terms, including binding individual arbitration and the waiver of class actions, and including the opt-out described there.

No address exists yet for questions about this agreement. Create a monitored mailbox and a postal notice address, set them in the entity configuration, and every document here picks them up.
